My love for baking started at just five years old, learning side by side with my mom and grandma. What began as a childhood passion has grown into a space where tradition meets creativity.
In 2023, I had the opportunity to further refine my craft by attending Amaury Guichon Pastry Academy, where I deepened my skills in pastry technique, design, and precision. This experience shaped the way I approach every dessert — thoughtfully, intentionally, and with a strong focus on quality.
